The Buyer requires seven Multiparameter Sondes for the high-resolution monitoring of the main Lough Neagh inflow and outflow rivers as part of a larger commissioned E and I project. The Supplier must also deliver the equipment prior to 31st March 2025. Warranty must also be provided, and further details are detailed with the document titled "ID 5674399 Specification". This competition is being managed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and run using the Accelerated Open procedure. This is due to the urgent nature and the overarching DAERA-AFBI project which is expected to commence 2025. The aim of selecting this procedure is to ensure the items are delivered before the end of the financial year to allow the DAERA-AFBI Lough Neagh project to commence.
