Following provider assessments, it was agreed that the providers are capable of meeting the service specifications, guidance and requirements.<br/>This decision has been made as per NHS England governance processes, by National Commissioning Group on 4th March 2025. No conflicts of interest were identified.<br/>Please contact Anna Salt with any written representations, ensuring the following details are referenced:<br/>Project reference: C324785<br/>Project title: Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway Services<br/>If no representations are received before midnight on Friday 14th March 2025, the standstill period will come to an end and the relevant authority can proceed with contract awards.<br/><br/>Please note that contract values are estimates based on the current contract value so may be subject to change over the life of the contract.<br/><br/>Please also note that the provider assessments for the ESS Peterborough Service which was included in Lot 3 of this MSP Process have not yet concluded and further information is still being sought.
