    R&M and Voids Maintenance Services and Planned Component Replacement (inc OOH and 24/7, 365 days a year cover) Lots can be selected in any area in any combination at this time. The PIN is designed to gain market intelligence and then impact the choice of procurement. Ideally, we envisage working with a multi-trade contractor but are open to a framework of smaller suppliers. R&M and Voids Maintenance Services with some cyclical servicing EM Lighting Servicing, Blender Value Services, PAT, Smoke Detector servicing and EICRs. Key Housing Association’s (KHA) will soon be inviting a range of interested bidders to tender for Repairs & Maintenance and Voids and the work will include aspects of cyclical maintenance. We are keen to hear from any interested parties and seek comments on the overview and our vision for the lots and work packages.
