This is a notice of intention to award a contract under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Most Suitable Provider procedure to Assured Perfusion and Medical Services Limited, Portland House 21 Narborough Road, Cosby, Leicester LE9 1TA.

The Provider supply suitably experienced, trained & qualified Clinical Perfusion Scientist and SCP staff to support Cardiac surgery inpatient sessions at Castle Hill Hospital.

CPV Code - 85121200-5 Medical Specialist Services.

The contract will operate 01/05/2025 to 31/08/2025 with an option to extend for a further 2 periods each of 3 months and with an estimated value of PS80,000 for the initial term and up to PS200,000 in total if the full extension option is used.

Options: The initial contract is for a period of 24 months from the date of appointment with options to extend for two further periods of 24 months and 12 months respectively i.e. 2 + 2 + 1
