The services provided include, although are not limited to, a range of direct resident-facing and capacity building offers, such as: * Navigation and social prescribing * 121 emotional and practical support * Group support and community activities * Peer mentoring * Cultural advocacy and addressing inequalities * Service user involvement and co-production

The award of the contract to Reach Out Camden Alliance will be for a period of 2 years from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2027 for a total sum of PS1,961,868.
