The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 3rd February 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to sarah.groves4@nhs.net The decision to award this contract was made by NHS England Midlands region. There were no Conflicts of Interest. The key criteria that NHS England commissioners used in the decision making process and the importance to delivery of the service was; Quality and innovation - All services need to be of high quality and innovation is needed to maintain services at the highest level. Value - The provider demonstrated value for money. Integration, collaboration and service sustainability - the provider need to be able to integrate and collaborate with the police force and OPCC. Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice - the provider will continue to engage with the local population and advertise SARC services. Social Value - The provider has demonstrated an understanding of Social Value requirements and commissioners were satisfied this will continue in the new contract.",
