Leadership and Organisational Development

Lot 1 - Provision of leadership and management development, behaviour and culture change. Coaching and mentoring. Member Development. EDI.

Professional, Technical and Support Services

Lot 2- Provision of learning and development for wide range of non-operational, enabling services that support our strategic aims such as developing digital capabilities, customer care, communication and technology, legal, financial and people and programme/project management and emergency planning and resilience.

Lot 3 - Supporting Health, Safety and Wellbeing ensuring the Council fully meets the legislative requirements for employees and elected members.
