This is an Intention to Award Notice issued in accordance with Regulation 11, The Competitive Process, of the The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The Council intends to appoint a new provider for the provision of existing nursing care and clinical oversight services at Millvina and Brushwood care homes currently being operated by the Council. The Council intends to award a 12 month contract, with the option to extend up to a maximum contract term of 6 years. Additional information: This is an Intention to Award Notice. The proposed award of this contract is subject to The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
