This is a Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice (VEAT) to inform the market of the Authority's intention to award a contract for an additional period of 3 years (no extensions), to the incumbent provider (Age UK Mid Mersey), for the Provision of a Wellbeing and Engagement Service that supports older people (50+) across the borough, in an holistic way, to 'Live Well' across the thematic areas of: * Health and Wellbeing * Social Inclusion * Personal Independence * Staying Connected This extension aims to maintain continuity and stability of service provision. The annual contract value is PS118,724.00 and the total contract value for the period of 3 years PS356,172.
