Notice Description

This procurement exercise is to establish a Flexible Framework Agreement, for the provision of Care Homes for Adults excluding older people (further referred to as the "Flexible Framework'') which fall within Schedule 3 and Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.The care home services forming part of the Flexible Framework are regulated by the Care Inspectorate in Scotland and must be registered with them as Care Home Service for Adults. Care home services will support people to achieve the best possible quality of life, in terms of their personal aspirations, choices and abilities, where people's needs are best met within a residential setting for adults.

As further detailed in the procurement documentation the Flexible Framework is for the provision of Care Homes for Adults in Scotland coming within the general Care Inspectorate category of a care home service.
