Provider took over the management of the local NHS GP Practice previously used by patients at The Wells Road Centre. GP from previous arrangement will continue to provide the service.<br/><br/>Key criteria of this procurement was met by the supplier as established patient relationships and understand the needs / challenges of patient care. GP seen as member of the Physical Health Team. No issues with quality or performance.<br/><br/><br/>No conflicts of interest identified.",
