The project, titled "Corporate Estate Condition Surveys," falls under the industry category "Repair and maintenance services of building installations" (CPV code 50700000) and is at the tender stage. The specific requirements for detailed asset inspections and prioritised maintenance reporting create an ideal setting for firms experienced in these areas to showcase their expertise and secure a new client in the public sector. Given the requirement for reports that will facilitate investment in carbon reduction initiatives, firms with green building and sustainability credentials would be particularly well-suited to compete. Engaging in this contract could also pave the way for long-term collaboration with various departments within the Council.
