The intent to award a contract to deliver a Community Based Mental Health Service which supports people with mild to moderate mental health needs. The service offers a single point of access for referrals 7 days a week including evenings and weekends. It delivers support in the community in a wide variety of non-stigmatising locations. The service will continue to deliver a range of services to support people with mild to moderate mental health needs. The proposed contract falls within the scope of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). Route C of the PSR will be used to directly award the contract to Touchstone - Leeds. Route C can be applied where 'an existing provider is satisfying the existing contract and is likely to satisfy the new contract, and the proposed contracting arrangements are not changing considerably from the existing contract', which is the case with the current contract delivered by Touchstone - Leeds. The total value of the contract will be PS2,924,100.00 and will last for a period of two years years with the option to extend for a further one year period.
