Notice Description
Together Housing Association Ltd (THA) are seeking to engage with suppliers in connection with a range of services associated with waste management. These services have been categorised into four main requirements: - Removal of waste from our offices, operational areas and depots in Lancashire, Calderdale and Yorkshire & the Humber. - Supply and collection of skips to our estates in Lancashire, Calderdale and Yorkshire & the Humber - Direct tipping across Lancashire, Calderdale and Yorkshire & the Humber - Supply of responsive services to attend and remove fly tipped waste in Lancashire, Calderdale and Yorkshire & the Humber At this stage, THA are keen to understand the current and upcoming solutions available in the market, as well as the supplier landscape, regional / cross regional capabilities and experience in public sector tendering processes. To help inform THA, four questionnaires are available for completion and return to THA by 31st March 2025. There is a questionnaire available per each service outlined above and suppliers can respond to one, several or all questionnaires, depending upon the services they can provide. Suppliers wishing to view and complete the questionnaires should email 'thg.procurement@togetherhousing.co.uk' expressing their interest in this market engagement exercise. Please review the relevant questionnaires for more information.

At this stage, THA are seeking responses to our four engagement questionnaires. Suppliers can respond to one, several or all questionnaires depending upon the services they can deliver. Suppliers should email 'thg.procurement@togetherhousing.co.uk' expressing their interest in this market engagement process in order to receive a copy of the questionnaires for completion. The deadline date for submission of questionnaire responses is 31st March 2025. Completed questionnaires should be submitted to 'thg.procurement@togetherhousing.co.uk'. THA may conduct meetings following the receipt of questionnaire responses and may also host collective market engagement sessions, such as webinars or supplier days. THA may choose to procure the four services outlined within this preliminary market engagement notice separately or together and will make this decision following the completion of our market engagement.
