Preliminary market engagement Notice for the Development of Student Accommodation at Hinchingbrooke Hospital
Notice Description
North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to engage the market for the development, management, and operation of new student accommodation primarily provided for medical students on placement at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. The project will involve the construction of new student housing to replace existing accommodation being demolished for the redevelopment of the hospital site. * The accommodation must be within 30 minutes walking distance of the hospital campus * Estimated duration of the contract * Target delivery date for the accommodation of no later than Spring 2028

Market Engagement Day: Suppliers interested in participating should express their interest by emailing nwangliaft.hhrpprocurement@nhs.net no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, 28th March 2025. Those who register will be invited to an early market engagement meeting on Thursday, 3rd April at 2:30 pm. This session will provide an overview of the procurement process, project expectations, and key milestones. Ahead of the meeting, registered suppliers will receive additional information regarding the requirements.
