A specialist integrated sexual health service (ISHS) to provide service users with open access to confidential, non-judgemental services including sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and blood borne viruses (BBV) testing (including HIV), treatment and management; HIV prevention including pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP); the full range of contraceptive provision; health promotion and prevention including relevant vaccination. We intend to award a contract to the existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS8,752,842. Services will be delivered from 1/4/2025 for a period of 48 months with options to extend for a further 2 x 12 months

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 2/04/2025 (8 working days following publication of the intent to award notice). This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
