The criteria for evaluation for Potential Future Performance had the following weighting : Quality and Innovation: 20%; Value for Money: 20%; Integration, Collaboration, and Service Sustainability: 20%; Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities, and Facilitating Choice: 30%; Social Value: 10% The criteria were applied with their respective weightings as specified. Current Performance: Assessed against Pass/Fail thresholds of overall score above.",
