On the 11th of March 2025 the Knowsley Senior Leadership Team approved this decision and no conflicts of interested were declared. The following criteria informed the decision: Social Value: 10% Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice: 20% Value: 20% Integration, collaboration and service sustainability: 20% Quality and innovation: 30% Representations by providers must be made to ruth.waldron@cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk within 8working days from the publication date of this notice. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the Provider Selection Regime (2023).",
