On the 12th December 2024, Halton Place Senior Leadership Team and on 21st January 2025, Warrington Place Senior Leadership teams respectively approved this decision and no conflicts of interested were declared. The following criteria informed the decision: Social Value: 20% Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice: 20% Value: 20% Integration, collaboration and service sustainability: 20% Quality and innovation: 20% Representations by providers must be made to claire.tyghe@cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk within 8 working days from the publication date of this notice.
