Wigan Council will be seeking a service provider to haul and treat it's mixed recycling collected from domestic properties. The consultation is primarily aimed at operators of material recovery facilities, so we may limit the number of consultees based upon whether the service provider demonstrates the evidence of knowledge and experience to be able to deliver the capacity to process our material.
