The Award has been made following Direct Award A. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. There is an existing service. There is no realistic alternative to the existing provider due to the nature of the health care services. Start Date: 1st April 2024. End Date: 31st March 2026. Lifetime Value: PS3,102,446
