Notice Description

Integrated sexual health services provide open access to individuals for services that include community contraception, the testing, diagnosis and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections, the testing and diagnosis of Human Immunodeficiency Virus and the provision of Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis.

Lot 1

Integrated Sexual Health Services provided to residents of the participating authorities in the North Central London sub-region (London Boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Haringey and Islington). The London Borough of Camden as the lead partner for the four boroughs intends to award a contract to Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust for an initial period of 36 months with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months each, for the total sum of PS47,525,890 including extensions. As well as directly providing clinical services, Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust will be required to cooperate with the London sexual health e-service procured on behalf of participating councils in the London Sexual Health Transformation Programme, and to establish clear local pathways with other local and regional services.

Options: 2 x 12 months extensions at the sole discretion of the participating authorities

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 16 April 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR 2023 Direct Award process C.
