Notice Description
This tender is for the hire of event furniture (tables and chairs) and hire of light catering equipment (dinner sets, glassware and cutlery). The tender is split into two Lots and suppliers are welcome to tender for either or for both Lots. The hired equipment is required for a number of events throughout the year.

Lot 1 - Event Furniture Hire
This Lot is for the hire of event furniture to include tables and chairs for a range of events at the University of Worcester.
Renewal: Option to extend for 2 x 12 month periods
Lot 2 - Hire of Light Catering EquipmentThis Lot is for the hire of light catering equipment to include dinner sets, cutlery and glassware. This lot will also include ancillary items as and when needed byt he University of Worcester.
