The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on 16 April 2025. The proposed Contract Award has been approved by the Director of Health and Wellbeing on 1 April 2025. There were no Conflicts of interest identified among officers involved in the process. In accordance with PSR2023 Direct Award process C, a thorough assessment of Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust was undertaken against the following Key Criteria: * Quality and innovation * Integration, collaboration and service sustainability * Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice * Social Value * Value The results of the assessments showed that Via Community Ltd are satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard.",
