Notice Description

The London Borough of Newham are undertaking a comprehensive stock condition survey of all of our properties. As part of this ongoing exercise we aim to tender the next phase via the Procurement Hub Consultancy DPS, for a set number of surveys to be priced against a target price. It is anticipated that the works will pass through tender and governance to be on site in August / September 2025 and run for 6-9 months. This project will require relevant tenderers with a good a track history of (internal/external/communal) survey management and execution.
