Notice Information
Notice Title
Provision to Design & Build a Universal Transport Container
Notice Description
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE IS PS434,018.40 (inc VAT) AWARDED TO OLDHAM ENGINEERING LIMITED. This contract was originally advertised as a below-threshold procedure. However, the procurement process followed the principles and procedural steps of an above-threshold open procedure, including publication on the Find a Tender Service and full compliance with transparency and equal treatment obligations. Following closure of the tender and completion of the evaluation process, it became clear that the total cumulative value of the contract exceeds the relevant threshold. In recognition of this, and in line with best practice and procurement transparency, we held voluntarily applied an 8-day standstill period prior to contract award. NTS are seeking a manufacturer to design and build a universal transport container. Additional supporting assets are also required as outlined in the specification and scope of work.
