On the 19th of November 2024 the Finance, Investment & Resource Committee approved this decision. One committee member has a standing declaration of interest. The decision to award was made in line with the Conflict of Interest policy. The following criteria informed the decision: Social Value: 10% Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice: 22.5% Value: 22.5% Integration, collaboration and service sustainability: 22.5% Quality and innovation: 22.5% Representations by providers must be made to claire.tyghe@cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk within 8 working days from the publication date of this notice. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the Provider Selection Regime (2023).",
