Notice Description

The Financial Safeguarding Team (FST) is part of Adult Services within Sunderland City Council (The Council). The FST has a responsibility to effectively manage the finances of clients where the council act as deputy or appointee. These roles include opening a bank account for the client, setting up regular payments for their utilities and care fees, making one off payments, ensuring the client has access to weekly money via a pre-paid card or card account and receiving benefits into the client's bank account on their behalf. Scope of the System The FST require a robust, bespoke, intelligent, value for money, web-based solution to positively support the FST to manage all aspects of a client's property and financial affairs in accordance with the Council and OPG standards. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION The Council are seeking feedback from the market regarding the proposed solution a detailed within associated documentation.
