    The Council require a suitably experienced operator to manage and deliver the services of an Innovation Hub. The intention is to appoint an operator by late Autumn 2025, to enable the operator to be involved, as early as possible, in the design process for The Hub and input on the final delivery model. The Council is operating a Preliminary Market Engagement process to assess the site and evaluate the proposed delivery model to enable the council to determine its final proposed solution and delivery model.
