This updated approach places people, their strengths, and aspirations at the heart of everything we do. Planning Information
Market Engagement Event - Care and Support at Home Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole (BCP) Council is pleased to invite providers to a virtual Market Engagement Event taking place on Friday 28 November 2025, 10:00am-12:00 via Microsoft Teams. The purpose of the session is to outline our commissioning intentions for the upcoming Care and Support at Home framework contract. This session is open to all providers with an interest in delivering Care and Support at Home services across the BCP area to include Long Term Conditions, Learning Disabilities/and or Autism and Mental Health individuals that do not require specialist or complex Care and Support. This session will provide insight into BCP Council's future vision for the service, and will explore how this work connects with key themes such as the Three Conversations Model that is being implemented within front-line Adult Social Care teams within BCP. The future framework aims to enhance outcomes for individuals receiving care and their support networks through an improved, strengths based person-centred approach to delivery. This aligns with BCP Council's broader ambition to help all residents live fulfilling lives, maximising opportunity for all. The Care and Support at Home tender opportunity is anticipated to be published via Supplying the South West in Early 2026. To register your attendance for the Market Engagement Event, please contact Gemma Brooks, Strategic Commissioning Manager for Homecare and Reablement, by email at gemma.brooks@bcpcouncil.gov.uk by midday on Wednesday 26 November 2025.
