This activity included the use of structured questionnaires to obtain feedback on the existing framework, the proposed service model, and potential changes and improvements. In addition, workshops were conducted for the purposes of engagement and market consultation, enabling providers to share views, insights and feedback to support the Council's ongoing review and development of its proposals.
