In particular we want to mitigate the impact of the cost of living for local residents, and are interested in ensuring we target resources to support vulnerable children and families, older people and other groups who may be vulnerable due to their circumstances, for example people living with disabilities or receive / provide care. The Council has set out in its strategy that our ambition is to have happy and healthy communities, which is a place where communities can access services and support when they need them.
