This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Pack is issued by Anchor Hanover Group (AHG) to gather insights from the market prior to procuring a national waste management service. The purpose is to understand supplier capability, risks, innovations, pricing approaches, and operational expectations. Anchor manages a national care and housing portfolio, within which around 200 sites are included in scope for this project. These consist of: i. Care Homes ii. Retirement Villages The sessions will be run in October.
