Home Group are seeking experienced Multi-Disciplinary Building Consultant Service Providers to support Maintenance and Asset Management services with delivery of various refurbishment projects and day to day maintenance and repair activities for our customer base across our national footprint. It is the intention of Home Group to establish a Framework arrangement in 2026 following a full tender process, In order to ensure our procurement approach is focused, efficient and responds to the current market, we are inviting potential suppliers to give us insight by responding to this soft market exercise.
