Service Requirements include: * A linen hire service. * Processing (wash and finish) service for hired linen and/ or Participating Authority's owned linen. * Linen and laundry transportation (collection and delivery) service to and from Participating Authority site locations/ designated pick up and drop off points. * Express Service (collection, wash, finish, and return) for Participating Authority's owned linen where requested. * Any other product or service that is determined to be within scope of linen and laundry services "
