Notice Description

YPO have appointed Suppliers onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of Outdoor Furniture [for use primarily in the education market and local authority sectors. However private customers are also able to buy from YPO]. This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement for Suppliers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Supplier, but the Supplier delivers direct to the end customer.

Lot Information

100% Recycled Plastic Outdoor Furniture

Options: The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid. Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of the Lot awarded within Outdoor Furniture.

Renewal: The Framework Agreement will cover the period from the 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2027 with one option to extend for an additional 24 months. The first decision to extend the Framework period will be taken by the end of September 2027 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the Framework Agreement to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum Framework Agreement period will therefore be 4 years, from 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2029 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price re-establishment and KPI performance).

60-70% Recycled Plastic Outdoor Furniture

Planning Information

YPO are looking to start the pre market engagement for the provision of outdoor furniture. YPO wishes to procure Outdoor Furniture products in 2025 and start the tender process within the next month. The aim of the pre-engagement is to improve on the previous framework, discuss any potential new products, innovation, along with reviewing the current terms and conditions, the specification and social value. YPO has pre-prepared a document for any supplier who may be interested in this opportunity. The Pre engagement period will be from 23nd May 2025 to 13th June 2025.
