SOL Youth Homelessness Accommodation 2026
Notice Description
Solihull MBC seeks to procure a Youth Hub to provide a multi-agency response for 16-24 year olds who are homeless or at risk and to provide a Youth Pathway to deliver housing related support from floating support to emergency and high needs accommodation. This is being procured in two lots: Lot 1 Solihull Youth Hub and Lot 2 Solihull Youth Pathway.

Solihull Youth Hub
The aim of the Solihull Youth Hub (SYH) service is to provide a multi-agency response to young people aged 16-24 who may be homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Renewal: Up to 2 years dependent on performance and grant funding availability
Solihull Youth PathwayThe aim of the Youth Pathway is to provide a range housing related support services for homeless young people. Provision will range from low level floating support to semi-supported accommodation, through to supported accommodation for those with high and complex needs and homeless young people requiring emergency accommodation.
