North Northamptonshire Council intends to commission its Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, a children’s holiday activity and food service in North Northamptonshire. The session will contain background information on the HAF programme nationally and specifically in North Northamptonshire as well as an insight into demographic profile the programme will serve. We anticipate the tender will go live beginning of November 2026. The webinar session has been arranged to provide key information on the proposed service model and procurement process, as well as to offer providers the opportunity to ask questions in advance of the tender going live.
