Clarion Housing Group is procuring fire risk assessment services for its properties. The work covers building inspections and assessments of fire and other hazards, supporting the identification and management of risks across the housing provider’s property portfolio. Each contract is planned for 1 September 2027 to 31 August 2032, with renewal described as five years in increments of three years plus two years, up to 31 August 2037. Quality carries 70% and price 30%.
