Sefton Council is seeking to secure service providers for the purpose of Enforcement Agent & Debt Collection Services within the Borough of Sefton for the period 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2029 plus an option to extend, for a further one year term. The enforcement agency will recover debts in relation to parking fines, council tax, non-domestic rates and sundry etc.
