Notice Description
East Suffolk Council ('the Council', 'ESC') is seeking to appoint a Lead Designer to undertake a full viability assessment of the site's development potential. The scope includes leading all architectural design activities up to RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design), coordinating necessary site surveys and investigations, and delivering a comprehensive feasibility report package.
