Production and Supply of Poultry Rate Cards
Notice Description
This requirement is for the Production and Supply of Poultry Rate Cards (PRCs). There are three elements to the requirement. 1. Provide regular review and updates as required, of a variety of PRCs at specified intervals (typically quarterly); and 2. Be prepared to conduct bespoke valuations for different bird types/production systems or to provide expert advice if requested. 3. Provide expert advice, as required. Please note that this Contract started on the 15 September 2025 not 19 September 2025 as indicated on this notice.

Renewal: Two (2) separate options to extend the duration for an additional twelve (12) months each option.

A market engagement Prior Information Notice (PIN) was published under Procurement Regulations 2015 on 30 October 2024 (Ref: 2024/S 000-035133) to understand the market appetite and ability of the market to resource and bid for this work. Suppliers were to requested to respond (by email) to the PIN by answering a set question by 3pm on Thursday 15 November 24.
