This Tender invitation sets out the requirements of Stratford-on-Avon District Council to deliver the Energy Complex Case Worker project across the District. To deliver the Project, the Supplier will provide a support service (the Service) for households in relation to energy use to be provided by a dedicated complex case worker (the Complex Case Worker).
