Notice Title

Beach Care Officer

Notice Description

Beach care is part of Durham county council's and the heritage coast partnership's commitment to improving the water environment on the coast and engaging with community and corporate volunteers on beach cleans and communities on outreach. The majority of beach cleans will be in the heritage coast area. Occasionally, beach care is delivered outside of the heritage coast area, engaging with partners' activities and events, and showcasing the work of the heritage coast. In addition, engagement delivery will also look at 'source to sea' opportunities, working in land to improve outcomes on the coast.
