The Commissioner identified a need for COVID-19 vaccination services beyond those that could be provided through the Site Sign-up Process. The procurement documentation outlined the population need for outreach services across Bath, North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW). The Commissioner aimed to procure a single provider to deliver a vaccination outreach service encompassing vaccination awareness, engagement, education, roving multi-vaccination delivery, and outbreak response support.
