Summary of the contracting process

United Utilities Water Limited procured 38 heavy goods vehicles to support its AMP 8 activities and beyond. Each framework has a five-year initial term with an optional three-year extension. Further awards were made: Wilcox, £637,450, and Crossland, £3,451,274, on 3 August 2026, each for 14 August 2026 to 1 June 2027; North West Truck Services, £4,624,582, on 23 October 2026, for 4 November 2026 to 3 November 2027. Lot evaluation was cost-based, with economic and technical selection criteria.
