Health Innovation Network West Midlands (HINWM) will use the platform together with six NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), each of which supports various NHS Trusts with multiple delivery sites. The platform aims to enable a structured method for managing ideas within each ICB, and if necessary, it can allow information sharing between ICBs, although this feature will initially be disabled. Interested vendors should submit a detailed proposal outlining their IMP solution, including: * Functional capabilities aligned with the requirements. * Implementation plan and timeline. * Scalability roadmap to accommodate future growth. * Data security measures. * Customer Service and Maintenance regime. * A minimum of one case study / example of a similar project (no longer than 2 sides A4). * Pricing structure, licensing model, and total cost of ownership (TCO) broken down as follows: o Price for development and implementation o Price
