We are seeking to procure a voids cleaning team to support our commitment to providing high-quality affordable homes for our customers across Shropshire. The main objective is to appoint a cleaning contractor who can deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning, ensuring our void properties are prepared quickly for our new customers. Connexus aims to reduce turnaround times between tenancies, enhance the presentation and hygiene standards of our homes, and ensure new customers can move into properties that meet our expectations for cleanliness and comfort. This is important to improve customer satisfaction and make best use of our housing stock by minimising delays.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial period of two years with the option to extend for a further one year, plus one year based on satisfactory annual performance reviews.
