        "description": "NESO is seeking a supplier to provide a range of procurement services. These services can broadly be broken down as follows: Operations - The operations team act as the front door to Indirects and DD&T. Gateway and Triage of new operational requirements on behalf of Indirects and DD&T. P2P reconciliation of purchase orders and providing assurance that the standing financial instructions and compliance is upheld. Management of all PS 215k spend and below. Indirects - end to end sourcing of all requirements over PS 215k. Contract management of all Indirect Suppliers. Expert knowledge of UCR, PCR, PA2023 including frameworks as local and national will be utilised specifically for Indirects. DD&T -- end to end sourcing of all requirements over PS 215k. Expert knowledge of UCR, PCR, PA2023 including frameworks as local and national will be utilised specifically for IT. In addition management of the complex TSA exit process for DD&T. Suppliers should refer to the procurement documents and specification for a full description of the scope of services.",
