Lot 1

The service is for talking therapies to be provided across City and Hackney. The current provider of the Service is meeting the contractual requirements to a satisfactory level and the intention is to award the providers the contract for the period 9th July 2025 to 31st March 2026, following PSR Direct Award Process C as there is no change to the contract terms. The value of the contract over 9 months is PS890,178.25, consisting of the following services MIND Talking Therapies, Derman Talking Therapies, Bikur Cholim Talking Therapies, Befriending Service within HUH High Intensity User Service, Step Up (to employment & volunteering), ACH Outreach Service including Digital Resources.

Procurement Information

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
